Ambassador role & conduct policy
This policy describes how ambassadors are expected to represent the Safrochain ecosystem, interact with the community, and use Foundation systems. It works together with the Ambassador program agreement, Terms of use, and Privacy policy.
1. Role overview
Ambassadors are independent advocates who help explain Safrochain technology, run educational events, produce content, and support onboarding—always with honesty, respect for users' time, and clarity that they are community participants unless explicitly authorized as official spokespersons.
2. Integrity and transparency
- Disclose material connections when discussing incentives, airdrops, or rewards.
- Do not promise guaranteed returns, delegation, or listing outcomes.
- Correct errors promptly when you learn information you shared was wrong or outdated.
3. Brand and assets
Use Foundation and Safrochain marks consistently with any brand guidelines we publish. Do not create domains, social handles, or apps that could confuse users into believing they are operated by the Foundation unless authorized in writing.
4. Community conduct
Treat community members, moderators, and staff professionally. The following is prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or brigading.
- Coordinated manipulation of metrics, leaderboards, or votes.
- Disrespecting moderator decisions without following documented escalation paths in the portal.
5. Submissions and reporting
Activity submissions, monthly reports, and proof attachments must reflect work you actually performed during the stated period. Falsified metrics, plagiarized content, or recycled deliverables across programs without disclosure may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal.
6. Security and operational safety
Do not share private keys, seed phrases, or staff credentials. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the channel designated by the Foundation rather than public disclosure that could put users at risk.
7. Conflicts of interest
Disclose conflicts that could affect your impartiality—for example paid promotions for competing networks during the same reporting period—when requested by coordinators or as required by program rules.
8. Enforcement and warnings
The Foundation may issue warnings, adjust tiers, suspend portal access, or disqualify participants for violations of this policy or the Agreement. Where possible, decisions will be proportionate and documented in internal records; you may request review through official support channels.
9. Data and monitoring
We process data described in the Privacy policy to operate the Program, including audit logs of administrative actions on ambassador records where permitted by law.
10. Updates
We may revise this policy to reflect new products, legal requirements, or community feedback. Check the "Last updated" date when you submit reports or claims for a reward period.
