Ambassador program agreement
This Ambassador Program Agreement ("Agreement") supplements our Terms of use and Privacy policy. It applies when you apply to, are accepted into, or continue participating in the Safrochain Foundation ambassador program ("Program").
1. Nature of the Program
The Program is a discretionary community initiative to grow awareness, education, and responsible participation in the Safrochain ecosystem. It is not an employment relationship unless separately documented in writing. Participation does not guarantee compensation, delegation, token allocation, or any on-chain outcome.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
You must provide accurate information in your application and keep your profile current in the ambassador portal. The Foundation may verify identity, residency, sanctions status, or tax information where required by law or risk policy. We may decline or revoke participation at any time for legal, operational, or conduct reasons.
3. Your representations
By participating, you represent that:
- Information you submit is truthful and not misleading.
- You have authority to bind yourself (and your organization, if applicable) to these obligations.
- You will comply with applicable laws, including marketing, securities, tax, and sanctions rules in your jurisdiction.
- You will not impersonate the Foundation, core contributors, or validators.
4. Activities and deliverables
Expected activities (for example monthly reports, activity submissions, or community touchpoints) will be described in program communications or portal instructions. Failure to meet reasonable participation standards after notice may result in tier adjustment, suspension, or removal from the Program.
5. Rewards and payouts
Any rewards, stipends, or reimbursements are described in program rules and may depend on validation of activity, budget availability, and compliance checks. Amounts, timing, and eligibility criteria may change. Payouts may require tax documentation and correct wallet details; you are responsible for reporting income as required by your tax adviser.
6. Confidentiality
You may receive non-public information about roadmap timing, partners, or vulnerabilities. You must keep such information confidential and use it only for Program purposes until it becomes public through official channels or we release you in writing.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you create, subject to a license to the Foundation to display, promote, and aggregate Program outcomes (with attribution where reasonable). You grant no trademark rights beyond fair descriptive use aligned with our Ambassador role & conduct policy.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation for breach of this Agreement, the Role & conduct policy, applicable law, or operational necessity. You may stop participating at any time; certain obligations (e.g. confidentiality for non-public information received during participation) survive termination.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The Program is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited, the Foundation's total liability arising from the Program shall be limited in line with the Terms of use.
10. Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where practicable, notice through official channels or the portal. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance unless you stop participating and close outstanding obligations.
